Patient Kiosks
Aid Cancer Treatment recently funded the purchase of Patient Feedback Kiosks to be located in the Glandore Centre, Dunmanway Day Unit and the Orchid Centre in C.U.H
These kiosks will be for patients to comment on their satisfaction of services provided, including wait times, staff friendliness, hygiene, etc.
It is the intention that, based on the feedback provided, this will lead to improvements in cancer services which will be of benefit to patients.
The data will be displayed in the waiting areas so the patients can see the results and the ongoing changes.
